What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, designed to identify observed material defects within specific components. The inspection will provide documentation that is intended to assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the home based on an inspector's unbiased visual analysis.

Who benefits from an inspection?

Sellers:
Discovering the condition of your home prior to sale provides you with information as to issues that may otherwise only be brought to your attention after a Buyer’s inspection. This valuable time allows you to address these areas to put your house in better selling condition or adjust your pricing in order to expedite the sale of your home.

Buyers:
Protect yourself from unforeseen expenses resulting from outdated, unsafe or defective systems and components as well as improper home improvements. Bringing problem areas to your attention allows for correction or adjustment prior to investment.

Realtors:
Give your clients the confidence to proceed. Sellers get a game plan for repairs and buyers are able to make an informed decision when comparing multiple properties.
